MINE Marketing Dashboard는 마인성형외과가 자사가 소유·운영하는
YouTube 채널을 관리하기 위해 사용하는 내부 운영 도구입니다. 마인성형외과 담당자만
사용하며, 외부에 배포하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 일반 이용자를 위한 서비스가 아닙니다.

주요 기능

  • 자사 채널에 이미 게시된 동영상의 설명·태그 점검 및 보수
    (구독 링크 추가, 자사 웹사이트 링크 추가, 해시태그 정정)
  • 채널 운영 성과(조회수·시청시간·구독자 증감)를 집계해 내부 보고서 작성

Google API 서비스로 취득한 데이터의 이용

접근하는 데이터

본 도구는 Google OAuth 를 통해 마인성형외과가 소유한 YouTube 채널의 다음
정보에만 접근합니다.

  • 채널 및 동영상의 메타데이터 — 제목, 설명, 태그, 재생목록
  • 채널 분석 보고서 — 조회수, 시청시간, 구독자 증감 등 집계 지표

사용하는 권한 범위(scope)는 다음 두 가지입니다.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl
    — 자사 동영상의 설명·태그를 수정하기 위해 필요합니다.
    YouTube Data API 에는 이보다 좁은 쓰기 권한이 존재하지 않습니다.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly
    — 채널 분석 지표를 읽기 위해 필요합니다.

이용 목적

이미 게시된 자사 동영상의 설명·태그를 점검하고 보수하기 위해서만 사용합니다.
분석 데이터는 채널 운영 성과의 내부 보고에만 사용합니다.

하지 않는 것

  • 시청자 등 최종 사용자의 개인정보에 접근하지 않습니다.
  • 동영상을 새로 업로드하지 않습니다.
    업로드 권한(youtube.upload)을 요청하지 않으며, 게시는 YouTube 스튜디오에서
    사람이 직접 합니다.
  • 타인이 소유한 채널에 접근하지 않습니다.
  • 취득한 데이터를 광고 목적으로 이용하지 않습니다.

보관 및 공유

취득한 데이터는 마인성형외과 내부 시스템에만 보관하며, 제3자에게 판매·양도·공개하지 않습니다.
사람이 열람하도록 제공하지 않습니다 — 다만 법령상 의무 이행, 보안 조사, 또는 이용자의 명시적
동의가 있는 경우는 예외입니다. 모든 변경 작업은 변경 전 값을 먼저 저장한 뒤
수행하여 언제든 원상 복구할 수 있게 합니다.

Limited Use 준수

MINE Marketing Dashboard 가 Google API 로부터 받은 정보를 이용하고 다른 앱으로 전송하는 행위는
Google
API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(Limited Use 요건 포함)을 준수합니다.

접근 권한 철회

채널 소유 계정은
Google 계정 권한 설정
에서 언제든지 본 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

What this tool is

MINE Marketing Dashboard is an internal operations tool used by
MINE Plastic Surgery to manage the YouTube channels we own and operate.
It is used only by our own staff and is not distributed to, or made available to, any
third party. It is not a consumer-facing service.

What it does

  • Reviews and corrects the metadata of our own already-published videos —
    adding subscription links, adding links to our own websites, and fixing hashtags
  • Compiles channel performance (views, watch time, subscriber changes) for internal reporting

Data we access through Google API Services

Through Google OAuth, the tool accesses only the following information for YouTube channels
we own:

  • Channel and video metadata — titles, descriptions, tags, playlists
  • Channel analytics reports — aggregate metrics such as views, watch time and subscriber changes

We request exactly two scopes:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — required to update the
    descriptions and tags of our own videos. The YouTube Data API provides no narrower write scope.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — required to read
    channel analytics.

How we use it

We use this data solely to review and correct the metadata of our own already-published videos.
Analytics data is used only for internal reporting on channel performance.

What we do not do

  • We do not access personal information of viewers or any other end users.
  • We do not upload videos through the API. We do not request the
    youtube.upload scope; publishing is done by a person in YouTube Studio.
  • We do not access channels owned by anyone else.
  • We do not use the data for advertising purposes.

Retention and sharing

Data obtained through Google APIs is stored only within MINE Plastic Surgery’s internal systems.
We do not sell, transfer, or disclose it to third parties, and we do not allow humans to read it,
except as required by applicable law, for security investigations, or with the user’s explicit
consent. Every change is preceded by a snapshot of the previous values so that any modification
can be reverted.

Limited Use

MINE Marketing Dashboard’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other
app will adhere to the
Google
API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The channel-owning account may revoke this tool’s access at any time at
Google Account permissions.
