Google API 서비스로 취득한 데이터의 이용

마인성형외과는 자사가 소유·운영하는 YouTube 채널을 관리하기 위해 내부 운영 도구 “MINE Marketing Dashboard” 를 사용합니다. 본 도구는 마인성형외과 내부 담당자만 사용하며, 외부에 배포하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 일반 이용자를 위한 서비스가 아닙니다.

접근하는 데이터

본 도구는 Google OAuth 를 통해 마인성형외과가 소유한 YouTube 채널의 다음 정보에만 접근합니다.

  • 채널 및 동영상의 메타데이터 — 제목, 설명, 태그, 재생목록
  • 채널 분석 보고서 — 조회수, 시청시간, 구독자 증감 등 집계 지표

사용하는 권한 범위(scope)는 다음 두 가지입니다.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — 자사 동영상의 설명·태그를 수정하기 위해 필요합니다. YouTube Data API 에는 이보다 좁은 쓰기 권한이 존재하지 않습니다.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — 채널 분석 지표를 읽기 위해 필요합니다.

이용 목적

이미 게시된 자사 동영상의 설명·태그를 점검하고 보수하기 위해서만 사용합니다(구독 링크·자사 웹사이트 링크 추가, 해시태그 정정 등). 채널 분석 지표는 채널 운영 성과를 집계해 내부 보고용으로 활용합니다.

접근하지 않는 것

본 도구는 시청자 등 최종 사용자의 개인정보에 접근하지 않으며, 동영상을 새로 업로드하지 않습니다. 타인이 소유한 채널에는 접근하지 않습니다.

보관 및 공유

취득한 데이터는 마인성형외과 내부 시스템에만 보관하며, 제3자에게 판매·양도·공개하지 않습니다. 광고 목적으로 이용하지 않고, 사람이 열람하도록 제공하지 않습니다(법령상 의무, 보안 조사, 이용자 명시적 동의의 경우는 제외).

Limited Use 준수

본 도구의 Google API 취득 데이터 이용은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책(Limited Use 요건 포함)을 준수합니다.

철회

채널 소유 계정은 Google 계정 권한 설정에서 언제든지 본 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Use of Data Obtained Through Google API Services

MINE Plastic Surgery uses an internal operations tool, “MINE Marketing Dashboard”, to manage the YouTube channels we own and operate. The tool is used only by our own staff and is not distributed to, or made available to, any third party. It is not a service for general users.

Data we access

Through Google OAuth, the tool accesses only the following information for YouTube channels we own:

  • Channel and video metadata — titles, descriptions, tags, playlists
  • Channel analytics reports — aggregate metrics such as views, watch time, and subscriber changes

The scopes requested are:

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — required to update descriptions and tags of our own videos. The YouTube Data API provides no narrower write scope.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/yt-analytics.readonly — required to read channel analytics.

How we use it

We use this data solely to review and correct the metadata of our own already-published videos — for example, adding subscription links and links to our own websites, and correcting hashtags. Analytics data is used for internal reporting on channel performance.

What we do not do

The tool does not access personal information of viewers or any other end users, and it does not upload new videos. It does not access channels owned by anyone else.

Retention and sharing

Data obtained through Google APIs is stored only within MINE Plastic Surgery’s internal systems. We do not sell, transfer, or disclose it to third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not allow humans to read it, except as required by applicable law, for security investigations, or with the user’s explicit consent.

Limited Use

MINE Marketing Dashboard’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The channel-owning account may revoke the tool’s access at any time at Google Account permissions.

Meta(페이스북·인스타그램) 데이터의 이용

마인성형외과는 자사가 소유·운영하는 페이스북 페이지와 인스타그램 비즈니스 계정을 관리하기 위해 같은 내부 운영 도구 “MINE Marketing Dashboard” 를 사용합니다. 본 도구는 마인성형외과 내부 담당자만 사용하며, 외부에 배포하거나 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 일반 이용자를 위한 서비스가 아닙니다.

접근하는 데이터

  • 자사 페이지·계정에 콘텐츠(게시물·이미지)를 등록하는 권한
  • 자사 페이지·계정의 집계 지표 — 게시물 도달·노출·참여 등

이용 목적

병원이 직접 제작한 정보성 콘텐츠를 자사 채널에 게시하고, 게시 성과를 집계해 내부 보고용으로 활용하기 위해서만 사용합니다.

접근하지 않는 것

본 도구는 페이지 방문자·팔로워 등 최종 이용자의 개인정보에 접근하지 않으며, 메시지(DM) 내용을 수집하지 않습니다. 타인이 소유한 페이지·계정에는 접근하지 않습니다.

보관 및 공유

취득한 데이터는 마인성형외과 내부 시스템에만 보관하며, 제3자에게 판매·양도·공개하지 않습니다.

데이터 삭제 요청

본 도구는 최종 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·보관하지 않으므로 원칙적으로 삭제 대상 개인정보가 없습니다. 그럼에도 자신의 정보가 처리되고 있다고 판단해 삭제를 원하시는 경우, minepscom@gmail.com 으로 성함과 해당 계정(페이스북 또는 인스타그램 사용자명)을 알려 주시면 확인 후 지체 없이 삭제하고 결과를 회신해 드립니다. 페이지를 소유한 계정은 페이스북 설정의 비즈니스 통합에서 언제든지 본 도구의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있습니다.

Use of Meta Platform Data

MINE Plastic Surgery uses the same internal operations tool, “MINE Marketing Dashboard”, to manage the Facebook Pages and Instagram business accounts we own and operate. The tool is used only by our own staff, is not distributed to third parties, and is not a service for the general public.

Data we access

  • Permission to publish content (posts and images) to our own Pages and accounts
  • Aggregate metrics for our own Pages and accounts — post reach, impressions, engagement

How we use it

Only to publish informational content produced by the clinic to our own channels, and to aggregate publishing performance for internal reporting.

What we do not do

The tool does not access the personal information of end users such as Page visitors or followers, and does not collect the contents of messages (DMs). It does not access Pages or accounts owned by others.

Retention and sharing

Data obtained is stored only in MINE Plastic Surgery internal systems and is never sold, transferred, or disclosed to third parties.

Data deletion requests

Because the tool does not collect or store end-user personal information, there is generally no personal data to delete. If you nevertheless believe your information is being processed and wish to have it deleted, email minepscom@gmail.com with your name and the relevant account (Facebook or Instagram username); we will verify and delete it without undue delay, and reply with the outcome. The account that owns a Page may revoke this tool’s access at any time under Business Integrations in Facebook settings.
